I have tried to link my wife's PAN card with her Aadhar card online. It says her Aadhar card's address is too big and it is not allowed to link. Twice we have tried and it is not possible. Both government departments and nobody are there to solve our problem. Who has to pay rs.10000 fine? Is it our mistake? I am 76 years old should I run a pillar to post? Kindly inform our problem to FM.
