Chloe, I was wondering if there is more options in high school then Air Force for JROTC because, I particularly am not an air force type of person. I would like to join the army. So likewise is JROTC have more options for fields, I understand that doing so will still give benefits when joining the military, but I also know some of them are for Air Force only, at least what I heard, I am in eight grade and can’t make up my mind to do JROTC or not and was just wondering, the school i’m looking at just says JROTC.
@@American_2 It's a great leadership class that actually teaches you skills you'll need in the real world, like how to budget money, and it's a fantastic way to get scholarships for college. Edit: Sorry I never answered your question. I've enjoyed my time in it for the past three years. I'll be a Senior next school year so I'm sad that it'll be my last year in the class.
there are barely any physical trainings in jrotc (at least from my experience) I mean you do have a PE course to replace the normal highschool gym course. But, PE are pretty ez nobody would really care how much and how you do push ups
+JarheadAirsoft I hope you stick with it young man. Watching your video I have confidence in you. I grew up on USMC bases dad did 23 years. I did 5. I wouldn't trade it for the world there is no better life than the one that The United States Marine Corps can offer. Wish I'd stayed in like Dad, I miss it so much even though I have become successful and live a comfortable life. I would give up my comfortable life to get back in the SUK. Marines know what the suk is haha good luck and God speed young man.
Hey good video. I'd just like to comment that if jrotc isn't what it's cracked up to be, you guys should really look into Civil Air Patrol. It's not for everyone but it's my passion. I'm 1st Lt Peres by the way. Thanks for your dedication to educating people about JROTC.
Thx man, i just went in today, it was very fun!😋 but what i struggle is with the about face, and pivoting while marching. But every command that i was told to do i was good at. But i kinda need to work on positioning my salute as well
you do know my class has me as second in command( for my class leader took it for me in a good way for my strees is at max) but there's some of us that are in raider team for an upgrade for airsoft can it work?
