Manika is upcoming table tennis star, she played really well except few loose shots especially in last set after 4-2 against wang. Well I am still amazed with the 4th set 9th point rally for Manika

I would like to see her winning her points by "real" table tennis skills like Deng Yaping rather than relying on her anti-spin long pips returning block to confuse her opponents, and thus winning the point by her opponent's mistakes. Absolutely nothing against her personally.

Earlier back in 2018-19 she only relied on rubber but now she has added a lot of skills and am sure she will continue to add slowly
Not many can play with this style... The secret to defeat this style is power loop kill from both wings .. long serve with no spin ,topspin or backspin to the lp... And kill it ... If u cant attack just keep the ball on table and wait for your chance to attack powerfully... If they can block it . Then keep the ball in the table and wait for another chance .. if their block goes high .. then u can flat hit the ball winning the point... Just my opinion of course... Btw i play a lot against this style in asia
That was painful for Wang. She's not good against the red long pips, pushes too much and doesn't step aside to use her forehand spin. Batra got to choose when to attack, she could just stab the ball at Wang's middle safely.
This style of long pips play is close to being disgusting. ITTF should ban the long pips for unfair advantage. As we know long pips are anti-spin, and you can use the normal black side to attack. Not a "gentleman" way of game.

What the heck is long pip spin? Long pips do not generate any spin, lol. It only reverses the spin of the incoming ball. Anyway, if she can reach the SF of such a big international tournament with “no other variant weapon in her arsenal” (as per your expert opinion), then her “only weapon” is pretty good I guess 😉
