now i know what is the point of meditation or being in alpha state
in flow state
it’s because of
those voices that comes into mind
and when i am in flow
it’s clear
i’m boosted
i am just in my productive zone
when i wake up
without consuming anything
like i dont have phone tv
email
no internet
i just want to write down and do
this is the best of me
my creativity
