J-hope started out as a B-boy not a rapper. but for someone in his position, he has a different ability with his rap. His abilities are that he can cover a vast array of rapping styles. he loves to explore and play with different styles. he also fluctuate his voice (high and low pitch) to add uniqueness with rhythm. ok I think that it for now

I really love this side of Suga and BTS. They chose to be together, not solo career, even though some members will be famous if they go solo. This is BTS, seven members that we are proud of.

So suga and rapmon a couple years ago got invited to a radio how with prominent korean rappers and they all knew each other, but the "host" was a rapper named b-free and he and others there started low-key trashing suga and rapmon as not being real hiphop because they joined kpop and wear makeup and are idols. Suga and rapmon were super professional during the experience, but when I saw it I was like, so y'all are pissed they hit it big in a different way than you? The whole point of being a musician is to get your music out there...and that's what suga and rapmon are doing. So yeah they are basically jealous of their success.
I don't think this song is about BFree anymore, that was way before he released this mixtape and they addressed it in Cypher already so there's no point in going back to that again and again. This is more like a general response to everyone that still criticizes them for being "idol rappers".

I love Agust D's name choice honestly. The fact it includes his BTS stage name Suga, just shows that he is proud that he is in BTS and is an idol, even though he is trying to prove his rap skills in his mixtape. I love Agust D's name choice honestly. The fact it includes his BTS stage name Suga, just shows that he is proud that he is in BTS and is an idol, even though he is trying to prove his rap skills in his mixtape. His name really shows everything he is proud of, and how he has developed since moving from his hometown and becoming 'suga'. It really makes me happy that he knows what good he does being an idol and how much his music influences people!

You were actually correct about D meaning Daegu. Yoongi was born in Daegu. "Agust D" is "Suga" backwards, and DT for "Daegu Town" which was the name of an underground rap group he was in, predebut.
I hope you hear his entire mixtape, he's gonna release AGUST D 2 soon and i am excited to see the different between 2 mixtape. RM also released RM as 1st mixtape and 'mono' and you can realize there is a dramatic change in his music

The trilogy is "I need u mv(original version), bts-prologue, and run mv, in case you guys want to look into it there's a lot of symbolism and theories about those videos. I am not being biased when i say that BTS have the best rap line out of the groups and what i like the most about them is that all 3 of them are extremely skills rapers and each one has his own flow. That one of the reasons for which i can't compare them, their styles are to different ^^.

Rapmon released his solo work last year. You should check out Joke and Do You MVs. But I agree, he and Suga have different styles of rapping, and are both very good at what they do. And actually, Rapmon and Zico were underground rappers at the same time. They worked together before becoming idols.
