It takes about 45 minutes to cook this way and about 20 minutes in a pressure cooker. Medium heat at the beggining for bunjaying. You can raise the heat for boiling after adding the water With Goat meat too sometimes ot os very tough and the cooking time can vary a bit.
I totally agree with you, I find Goat meat too gamey, what they call 'rank' in Guyana. It may come as a surprise but I don't eat Goat meat period, can't stomach it.
