What I have learnt from all off-collab clips is Altare can be so fk loud if he wants to. And I don't know why I always wheeze everytime he raises his voice. I haven't watched any of the streams yet but I will be dying watching them for sure.
There were some dudes on Twitter complaining about everything they did wrong in the stream like for some reason they thought Magni and Altare were supposed to be professionals or something like they were mad the beyblades weren't japanese, they didn't watch Burst and they didn't had technique while launching
I just love their battlecries when they were launching blades. And, man, i remember times of my childhood, when i watched this episodes on tv. That was awesome time.
From the first few minutes I was getting worried they wouldnt find out that Left-spinning beyblades cant be spun with Right-spin launchers and vice versa until after the collab. Glad they got it to work and had a good time.
Fun fact: The small launcher that Magni showed can be made OP Just unscrew the bottom half and remove the spring mechanism inside to make it free spinning. Screw back together again and now its stronger and faster, highly illegal but makes it more fun lol
The beyblade toys/anime are still ongoing to this very day unfortunately it doesn't get as much attention like it used to. It also has a smaller community too and theres only like a couple of well known youtuber who covers the toy line but the quality of the toy line (from the Takara Tomy side) has been amazing.
I remember being so into beyblade, from tv show to the gameboy game to... EXTREMELY questionable made in China beyblades with iron blades that would hurt someone and make sparks.
I love the simple idea of those two said: if we made s beyblade stream?? And it was a disaster because they were playing beyblade! even in its origins those kind of things happened
Well imo i don't think 'beyblade' is exclusively for a children anymore. Just like football and other sports, you can watch some older guys spinning these things and make them smash each other just like in anime but they're using the traditional ones and you can place a bet (well actually this is illegal). Pekora would like to participate.
Did anyone parents got them knock off Bay blade but the blades are actual metal?? Like we could unscrewed the top and stacked the blades it was really dangerous (but fun)

Those are burst beyblades. Their whole gimmick is that they can blow up, in other words, burst. Even tho I grew up with metal, Burst have a lot of fun gimmicks and the designs are pretty dope.
due to all the difficulties in launching beys and the immediate bursts, i'll assume they bought Hasbro ones, the TTomy ones are high quality and better, but its also kinda pricey so i don't blame them
New model is bullshit tho, i prefer the og first gen model where the parts pretty much tighter with heavier bottom, have some sorts of metal that sparks when striked with the opponent metal parts and also basic design.
Burst can be ok, but it doesn't beat the sound of metal pounding into each other and occasionally flying out of the arena and becoming a hazard. The moments where they actually burst when they weren't built to burst apart were great
