In Light Novel, Though her family name change to Abarai..Rukia said that she will go by the name Kuchiki when working in Gotei 13 ... Renji is a bit upset about it.
What blows my mind is that before they made the live action movie and cast those people who look nothing like the original characters, they could have just referenced this, I mean sure theyre wearing wigs but holy shit the byakuya in the live action movie was atrocious.

hey, I just realized something. Aizen had to release his Shikai to get the Soul Reapers to cut down Momo. that means Ichigo should have been affected. Aizen chose not to affect Ichigo. I wonder why. Did he want a challenge? Did he want to see what his little experiment was really capable of? Did he underestimate Ichigo? why didn't Aizen take control of his senses like he did all of the others? Or was it because Ichigo was Hollowfied in the womb and was immune? We may never know
I suspect placing someone under his Shikai's hypnosis isn't instant. Re watch/read Baraggan's flashback when he first encountered Aizen. Aizen holds up his Zanpakuto then tells Baraggan to look at it while he spouts to Baraggan for a minute about reaching new heights. Aizen's speech was a distraction to keep Baraggan's eyes on his Zanpakuto long enough for the hypnosis to take effect. Aizen couldn't do this with Ichigo because he knew Ichigo would have been warned not to look at his Shikai.

It's Captain Kuchki. They may just go by " Captain Rukia" though to avoid confusion. That's my guess
