Chapman was garbage
This highlights video proves that the tackle on morris should have been called a penalty, and they know because they never even showed the play. The only reason why they would do this is to protect the referee, who does not deserve to be protected, because they should start making some decent calls, and the mls needs to stop protecting the bad referees, who just make the league as a whole look bad.

I'd say jumping toward the ball with your hands extended in front of you is the very definition of making your body bigger.
Also, NOT putting something in highlights is a pathetically weak argument for "trying to hide" them. Sometimes the algorithm just doesn't think it's worth including. Especially when both the referee and the VAR agree that the Chabot tackle wasn't a foul.

So sad that MLS has to cover up the ineptitude of Alan Chapman by NOT showing the controversial non-PK calls on Morris and Rothrock. What a loser organization.
MLS sponsors Weibe's InstantReplay that calls out refs frequently - why would they try to cover up anything? I thought Chapman was fine - based on the replays during the game those "non-PK calls" were a good tackle by Chabot and a flop by Rothrock - take a look at it in the full replay. Don't know why the editor chose not to put it in these highlights, but I can't see it being a conspiracy. There were a dozen other events that could have made the highlights and didn't (I'm surprised Nouhou finished the game), but they were left out too.
@@johnmcgimpsey1825 Weibe's InstantReplay will also not cover obvious refereeing mistakes. Or Weibe will "spin" it. MLS does this because it looks "bad" for the league.
@@jeffberner8206 It is true that he often explains why the casual fan is wrong and the highly trained referee crew was right, but you can make e everything a conspiracy if you try (and if you're right, I'm not sure why you bother watching and commenting on these highlights since the fix is in). Weibe isn't always complimentary, though. Make sure you tag him with the time of the incident - that's how he says that he and his producers decide what to cover.
