In my portfolio ESOP of MNC in which i working. it increased like anything and skewed to ~72% of my overall networth. I am confident on organization, but still in dilema of reducing concentration could you please guide. 2. Home loan payment for house we stay, in dilema of prepayment or continue bcoz Home loan rate is @7.5% and EPF rate is 8.5% and enjoy little tax benefit.
Subra Sir, what are your preferred brokerage houses? Online/Offline both. I can understand you may not want to give out the specific name of your broker but if you can name few good ones will be good for everyone.

you need a financial planner if you can't answer these questions yourself.
