And everything is important to the person who is going through it. Comparison is the thief of joy (not that there's joy in what you're going through, but you know what I mean) - if you feel like this is what you're supposed to be doing, then you're honouring yourself by trying your hardest at it. Not many people get to love what they do. And you are NOT self centred. You're just going through a hard time at the moment; it will pass. It always does pass. We went through something very similar when our dog was 3 years old and was viciously attacked by another dog when out on a walk and it took months for him to recover. I'm not going in to detail because I don't want that to be triggering or upsetting. You, your husband, and dog are in my prayers. 🩷

I could say a million things but I’ll just say two. 1) Don’t ever feel bad about getting “deep,” you are a human being with feelings. Plus, I think your audience will love it (at least just speaking for myself). 2) I think coincidences should not get in the way of your dreams. What I mean is, just because it seems like things keep getting in the way of your goal, doesn’t mean that goal was never meant for you to achieve. I’ve been there before and I believe that if you know in your heart that something is meant for you, fight for it, because it will always be worth it. Just think about all the greats through history. Did Abraham Lincoln or Helen Keller achieve fulfillment and greatness by giving in to the many obstacles in their way? No! They persevered against all odds, despite all the signs to turn back, because they believed in themselves and their purpose. You have a purpose! And most importantly, you have people cheering you on!! Besides, if you did need to get a day job, ASMR could always be your hobby.

I often fail to remember all the "coincidences" and "signs" that led me here and happen every time I do get to film and be with you all and those FAR outweigh and outnumber the other stuff.
