    I don’t understand why Lamar’s accuracy was ever a concern. He has a 65% career completion rate until now and 40 interceptions in 7years. Mahomes has 50 interceptions over the last 4 year for comparison . The most impressive thing this year is his control of the offense, I’ve never seen him make so many audible’s on the field. The caching stuff was Lamar’s limiting factor until monkens

    • @badspellersuntie23
      @badspellersuntie23 2 วันที่ผ่านมา +4

      He’s had some rough playoff performances, and those tend to stick in people’s minds. For context: Lamar has 6 postseason passing TDs and 6 INTs; Mahomes has 41 and 8. His completion percentage is 64.8% in the regular season but 57.4% in the playoffs.

      @@badspellersuntie23No context on those games? Did you watch all of those games, as some of us have? Did pressing in any of those games, because of the level of skill players around him, contribute? Did the OC limiting his options at the line, play any part? Did a rudimentary offensive scheme for most of those games, have anything to do with it? Crazy how people want to just gloss over those things. Comparing his numbers to a guy, who has had continuity aiding him the whole way. Someone who was groomed for the first 3-4 years, having Hall of fame level talent at WR, TE, multiple coaching positions, and on his defense as he acclimated into the game. While Lamar, prior to this season, has had a total of 1 elite player on offense with him. Hilarious.

      Once Lamar continues his extraordinary high level of play in the regular season this year through the playoffs and wins a ring this year, the haters will have no choice but to shut up.

      @@davidpetrosky Lamar's incredible during the regular season. Even had some insane playoff performances: He put up 360-plus passing yards and 140-plus rushing against the Titans one year. But he also committed 3 turnovers, scored 12 points, and lost the game. Baltimore had Flowers, Agholor, OBJ, Likely, Andrews, and Batemen last year; he completed 54% of his passes against the Chiefs with more turnovers than TDs. He's only had one game throughout his postseason career with an 80-plus passer rating. Mahomes averaged a 100.3 rating last postseason and won the SB with a receiving corps that led the league in drops.

    Lamar Jackson running lead block for Derrick Henry was just the chef's kiss on an amazing night. You choose either: Derrick Henry, who is number 1 in every rushing category and Lamar is top 5 ever quarterback category while being number 1 in total yards and 2 in total tds.

    Fitting that Mina mentions Herbert comp for CJ Stroud because Herbert is the cautionary tale that just because someone has an amazing rookie season doesn’t mean they are guaranteed to take massive leaps throughout their career. And that’s whether or not if it’s their fault, it could be organizational letdowns or bad breaks or that you were so developed as a rookie it was closer to your peak than ppl expected

    There're a couple slivers of hope left for the Bucs. Jalen McMillan was a majority slot player in college, but in the pros he's been more outside since Godwin is their slot player. If McMillan is able to take a leap in a role that fits him better, this offense might still have life. Plus when Evans comes back after the bye, their remaining schedule is very easy. Their season's not over.

    Jayden Daniels breaking the completion % record over 4 games as a rookie is crazy, and then to see Goff immediately break that new record is insane. Two crazy trends this year so far: QBs completing passes at an elevated % and kickers hitting 50+ FGs like it's nothing each week.

    Yeah, Mina owes Wilson an apology for thinking a Super Bowl champion was worse than Fields whom the best thing analysts can say is that he can win games as long as as you limit his access to the ball/don't ask him to throw down field/don't ask him to do much etc. And this is after he has been playing better than expected according to Tomlin 😂

  • @ralexand56
    @ralexand56 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

    I don’t know why you keep saying Wilson played poorly last year. Every drive wasn’t a TD but when the game was on the line for the most part he delivered for his team. Definitely a top 5 PA qb in this league. Just compare his stats last year to everyone. Compare his stats this year to fields running the same offense. It’s like a 70qbr vs 140 on playaction.

Bringing diggs in here has stunted Tank dells play also. That stunt before the packer game shows just how selfish this clown is . Waste of a 2nd round pick. His trouble is just starting. Demeco should call Gary Kubiak to stop by to show bobby how to run his offense that the whole league is running. Who do you think kyle Shanahan learned it from ? Kyle was our OC .
