I’ve got Rob to win. Khamzat went life and death with Gilbert Burns, which hasn’t aged well, he imo drew (10-8,9-10,9-10) with Usman on short notice off the couch up a weight class, and he hasn’t fought since. Kevin Holland doesn’t care about winning. I don’t count his win against Usman as a good win, therefore his best win is a close fight with Burns over 2 years ago. He’s shown cardio issues in every fight he’s had, never finished anyone good. Meanwhile Whittaker has only lost to champions in their prime in the past 10 years, and he’s only 33
your analysis appears accurate on surface level but if you go into stylistic breakdowns and the timelines those fights happened,it doesn't make much sense. khamzat will not lose this fight. that's a guarantee. he's a nightmare matchup for the likes of Mr Bobby knuckles
If you actually look at the fight alot of the fight was both guys throwing bombs. It was a 3 round brawl I think he'll do his thing in the first 2 round but pace himself going into the later rounds.

If you think Whitaker is gonna win this fight and it being 5 rounds it currently has great odds on Whitaker to win. He’s a significant underdog and I think as long as he cannot get subbed in the 1st / 2nd rounds he’s gonna get a tko or unanimous decision win here. We know Khazmat has no gas tank.
If the house has to go on someone then I would pick Whittaker. It's the safer bet. The further Chimaev fought up the WW rankings, the more human and vulnerable he looked. Whittaker is a genuine experienced Top 5 MW. And his confidence has to be high. Chimaev is coming off illness/injury and a pull-out and a years lay-off. Whittaker has chosen to fight Chimaev...twice...and had a very easy win over Aliskerov.
I think it all depends on Chimaev's approach to the fight.. if he goes with wrestling and manages to pace himself well in the fight he could get the submission. Otherwise, if he keeps it standing it could be Whittaker by decision
