Training is Mandatory especially in a workplace with electricals and machinery! Sorry April but I dont agree with you, and its very concerning employees carrying out training in someone elses name, very suspect, dont allow it, sounds like a dodgy employer😳
That doesnt sound like an ethical practice that your work would allow someone else to take a test in your name. Is that a common practice at your job? I dont like the sound of it.

Asking an employee to do training isnt Bullying its Mandatory in fact Aprils employer should instruct her not ask! Especially in a Garage where H&S is absolute priority.

Good for you saying no to training and sticking to your guns. Similar thing happened to me at Easter. I said no to training as I knew I was retiring in September. I’m glad you won’t have to resign. Your plan is to work another year from February. You don’t want to be forced to change it. Xx
