soundseeker63 Good lord, how old is this loco?? Amazing - I remember seeing the Class 86s (and 85s) speed though Congleton when I was a kid, and that was a looong time ago! Glad to see this old gal still has some life left in her!
They have been a great engine, the 37s are older and still a handful out there and being diesel have a lot more to go wrong. It does not say a lot about todays railways though that an 86 at Euston is something to get excited about. All those units , what a treat for a rail enthusiast lol
Nedwards name I last saw Class 37s working passenger services on some of the rural lines in Norfolk back in 2016, but I understand the Wherry Lines are getting new DMUs, so no more hired 37s out there.
I've seen past my house (quite far away in miles beside it's on next to a football pitch) a Pullman class 67 both 021, 024 running a railtour to LV = London victoria
Nice Video At London Euston
Great video. 86 awesome of course but nice to see 319s as well.
@Ed Sutton the Class 86s are the best locomotives in the world, no competition.

@@RoadCone411 Built 1965/66! Freightliner still has several in service too.
soundseeker63 There was still steam in some parts of the British Railways network in 1965/66!! 86101 has seen a lot in her day!

Fantastic video, the Class 86 was definitely the highlight of the video. Shame its departure was ruined by the sound of Pendolino screeching.
Awesome trainspotting :)
Monotono !!!
