Peak Fortnite, so many nostalgic memories man. 2020 was 4 damn years ago today is May 4th 2024 4 years ago tomorrow I made one of the best decisions in my life.
i CAN'T lie like old Fortnite were the best. I had no regrets playing it, but now Fortnite is kinda trash if ykwim😬. Too much collab ruins game and nothing is original anymore
@@eenryu Yeah the game is horrible right now. We shouldn’t even be in Chapter 5 we should be finishing up Chapter 3 right now. It’s because of rushed development and bad game direction. The battle passes have been getting worse and worse. None of the skins are appealing. They’re all boring and there’s no imagination behind them. The collabs are useless and lifeless, and are taking spots of battle pass skins (specifically the secret skin) which ones was so special is now nothing. Remember when the storyline was actually interesting and secretive? Mean either now it’s a jumbo mess of 100 ideas that can’t be fit together. The boring weapons, the boring mythics, no fun items anymore, they butchered the henchman/boss system, the map is incredibly boring has no interesting POIs. And by far the most egregious, the horrible movement that nobody asked for. I think the main reason I don’t wanna play the game as a whole is because of the movement. It’s genuinely awful. No one asked for it. No one. And on that topic no one asked for the UI change the UI was fine the way it was why do you have to go and change it. It looks ugly and disgusting and so overly confusing for no reason. A game that was once so amazing Is one of the most boring, lifeless, uninspired games I’ve ever played. The children playing now don’t know what we had back then and they genuinely think the game is fun and good. Fortnite isn’t a good game not anymore.

@@FishingEMC It won't sadly, the guns have gotten adjustments sense then in the name of "balance" that took all the fun out of them. Midas' Drum Gun will never truly come back; just reskinned Jules' Drum Gun. And there are other weapons with adjustments like that so it won't be quite the same but still better than what we have now lol

Don’t worry man 2024 updates of Fortnite have been leaked and it says in November they’re going to bring back chapter 2 season 1 season 2 and season 3. I also started playing during lockdown and it brings back a lot of memories with my brother on the ps4. I also wish I could go back but the past is the past😢

This is because it came out around the time one of my friends was at their peak “Minecraft good, Fortnite bad” mindset and just ridiculed me for even opening up the game. But I KNOW I played this season because I have the win umbrella. Even I was surprised to find it when I booted up the game for the first time in YEARS to play Season OG last year. Turns out, the more I’ve played Chapter 2 Remix, the more I’ve remembered of this season (also thanks to rewatching videos from that era). I UNFORTUNATELY didn’t buy the Battle Pass, not because I thought it was lame, but because I just didn’t want to ask my dad for the SIXTH time in a row for the Battle Pass 😭
In my first Fortnite game ever , I landed in wailing woods , started pickaxing a tree then I died to an uncommon sub machine gun . I miss chapter 2 season 2

@@CharlesBromenfaerden Because, if given a choice, no one would play Chapter 5 (Which is where they host all their events, collabs, battle passes, and basically any and everything that makes them profit) and everyone would play Chapter 1,2,3&4 (Which are only popular for what they were and being from the past). When they changed things in Chapter 1 OG in November the community was mad that it wasn't EXACTLY the same. They can't change past chapters because they'd tick off the community that loves those chapters. The only option is to create a new chapter that embodies the spirit of chapter 1,2,3. That way they can have full creative freedom, while still keeping everyone happy.
