Your instructions are so orderly!
But my fix was the one you added in solution 1: remove SIM card, shut phone off, wait 20 seconds, return SIM card, turn phone on!

Thanks. My problem was call forwarding straight to voicemail was enabled. All fixed now.
Thx for this my phone went into call forwarding mode somehow! I did not do it 🤷♀
Doing a settings reset fixed the problem for me.

You are an absolute life saver… or more to the point phone saver! I was about to throw my phone away and your suggestion re ‘call forwarding’ worked!!! I have no idea how that activated but turning it off did the job. Thanks very much for posting this video.

I just changed back to Samsung from the iPhone and was having this issue where my calls were going over to VM and not ringing at all. I'll spare you all of the details, but the fix for me was to uninstall all of the ad block apps that Samsung had offered as installs when I was setting up the phone. That worked for me. Hopefully this will save a lot of people a lot of time and trouble.

I rest the network settings and it worked for a couple days. I'll have to look to see if there are any dump pre-installed apps and get rid of them.

Hello i blocked a number but when he call me his call goes directly to the answering machine & he could leave the vice message to stop the vice message too for the block number please?

When you block a phone number or contact, they can still leave a voicemail, but you won't get a notification. Messages that are sent or received won't be delivered. Also, the contact won't get a notification that the call or message was blocked. You can't change that.

Someone on my contacts isn't blocked but I cannot ring them or receive any calls either. How do I fix this??
Hi, remove that person's contact number from your phone and tell that person to remove your contact from his /her phone, reboot your devices. Now contact that person by dialing the number, this will work. Once the problem is resolved add that person to your contacts and tell him/her to do the same thing.
Incoming What'sApp calls don't ring when the phone goes to sleepmode? I seem to miss lots of important calls when phone is in sleep mode. 🙄 Can this be fixed, did I miss a setting? 🤔

All incoming calls are going straight to voicemail - only when im using wifi - when im away from home and using cell signal it works just fine.
It's because you are using wifi calling. When your carriers tour signal is weak, wifi automatically takes the lead. You can check that with your carrier

Hi, follow the steps in the video, open the calling icon if you have an Android, tap the 3 dots to access call settings and disable call forwarding, then remove your sim card, put it back and restart your phone
