Did you know the 'Luke Fluke' big run was a mistake? They were trying to draw Miami offside and were going to punt, but the center messed up and hiked the ball, that's why Luke wasn't 'ready' for it, because he wasn't supposed to get it. FSU may not have scored if not for that mistake.
The lb and safety play is so ineffective and or soft. The safeties are almost never near the ball playing like outfielders. There are often on, two or sometimes three lbs in the general vicinity but not one even gets a hand on the runner. The safety runs up too late and then cannot deliver a blow anyways. Why are safeties backpeddling on runs up the middle. Everybody looks smallish. It's a shame because the dl and the corners are playing pretty decently. Honestly, I believe we are possibly worse at every single position on the team except punter and kicker.

On the flip side of that coin, this is the same guy that thought Milton was a better option than JTrav and was the architect of that Jacksonville State debacle. I quit watching the games after Memphis because of the product. I'm wondering now if the Georgia loss really screwed with his headspace, but his offense was starting to sputter last year heading into November. *edit... also wondering if something is going on with his personal life that's affecting things...
FSU tried to bait him into turn overs and he made the right play everytime. So, FSU just raised Cams draft stock. But no worries, take solace in your perceived moral victories. Wild what 1-7 does to ppl. 😂

I still say our defense is fine. Not great but the defense of an 8 to 9 win team, which is what we expected. Our offense is abysmal.
