Love Lexi Giovagnoli. She is a GREAT actress.
Enjoyed the story. It had lessons to learn. Allison was a poor judge of character and needed to lessen her stress to know when to say no to tasks and demands. James Nitti as Max did a wonderful job as a selfish crude boyfriend. There is a good match out there if we recognize when it appears.

Not by being cheesy but by being open-minded and willing to learn. And when you do so, you have better chance to find what you need. So yes, sometimes even movies help. Lexi movie,she is a great actress.Allison should rather trust herself,her friend /Assistant and her talent instead of fearing of lossing job or reling on guy like Max just who just walk on you just bcoz you are blindly in love with him you are letting him do that,that guy even dont want to acknowledge Allison in front of others😒,what kind of love its.Some guy like Max born with luxury ,doesn't actually know true meaning of love.That DJ guy was cute 😍

I liked this movie a lot. Lexi is a beautiful and talented actress and Joseph is very handsome and charming in this role. The script was good but I think the actor that played Max could have toned it down a little and it would have been more authentic. I liked the wardrobe and dancing too.

I had to think first and then I got it.
Its a classic movie from the 80s.
I was 5 back then but I have seen several times in my youth.
Funny froth with some good bit players. Though she was too emotionally naive to be a good lawyer and they would have checked their opponent's profile when the lawsuit began. And why would she need to change her professional name when they marry, or is she going to continue being a doormat? I particularly liked the self-referential irony of the scene when waiting for her b/f to turn up she watches a Hallmark Movie!
Ruined her friend's wedding. She could have done that behind closed doors.
To be honest is it really a wedding reception without someone trying to throw hands

Max was terrible user using sunny for things he should have done himself were as Derek was the better choice he was very thoughtful and considerate witch is exactly the man U need in your life or any womans life😅
This movie is incredibly unrealistic, but also kind of sweet. I can‘t imagine any intelligent woman to put up with a guy like Max 🤷🏻♀
OMG I can give you so many real life examples.I know people who did this in some cases the jerk after 10 years of relationship dump them and run off with younger model and have kids after years of swearing they never would or in another case they maried them in elopment and still have same dynamic but as none of her friends liked the jerk she cut herself off from them all and is stil married to him no kids no social life etc.. This happens alot funnily enough both these examples were female lawyers.The smartest women who devote dtheir whole 20s on career and college and never dated as they were studying never matured emotionally so ended up with jerks as they had no one left.Its sad but true.
Believe it or not, there's plenty of high value women that put up with looser under achiever guys all the time.

And I thought she was going to some how go over to his side and be an attorney against her old firm. So getting married at the end wasn't a surprise. You almost wish you could see something bad happen to the old boyfriend.
This story is a simple romance movie to show ur Attract who u Reflected ur Worth. But other than that, it's not so magical as i expected from title.
