Minecraft But Slaying Mobs Makes Them Bigger

I played Minecraft but everytime I slay a mob they get bigger and stronger overall, making the game a lot more challenging the more and more I played. Could I defeat the Ender Dragon or will the mobs become too strong for me to handle?
