This video is just what I was looking for. Extremely thorough. Thank you very much. I have a follow up question. I am interested in installing a raised floor at the ground level of a multi-floor mixed use building for ease of access to services and future maintenance. Space constraints will make this a heavily traveled area with a lot of foot traffic. I would like the paneling to be removable for servicing but am concerned about dust and possible water penetration(foot traffic on rainy days). Do you have any idea of how I can finish my floors to provide an elegant (large format tiled surface) while keeping it dust and moisture proof but also removable without too much hassle if necessary?
Hi video is wonderful. want to ask if we need to drill hole into this tile of around 10 to 20mm, than what type of drill Bit we need to use, one we use for concrete or for Metal type?. please sugget. Regards.
Good vid. Question: how does the raised floor resist lateral loads (like seismic)? Do you just treat the short pedestal like a cantilever or do you do something else?
Where do we get raised floor in delhi and gurgaon. Can we use these in bathrooms as frequent leakages in drain pipes cause seepage of water into walls. Using these floors, repairing leakages will be cost effective.

Is it possible to create raised floor with out stringers?
Yes. The stringers are only used in case you plan or applying higher loads on the floor (=heavier stuff).
Great vidceo, would be awesome if you also have subtitle in it.
