well, it's probably a gray are type thing but if a cop says he smells marijuana, that gives him probable cause to search your property. I'm not sure what saying "I do not consent to any searches" will do. But yes if the cop has nothing on you, it's always best to not say anything. Just say, I invoke my right to remain silent and I will not answer any questions without legal counsel.
False, an officer smelling weed in a vehicle, wether it be a bike or automobile grants him probable cause. Some states do require a search warrant after that but the vast majority do not. Even if he needed a warrant, he could have it in minutes not hours or days.

But besides of that ... A CBR250 is just ... idk man, a Sportbike with now real "power". It's not like a Rebel, CX500 or LTD440.

DaroriDerEinzige every state is different. Here in Washington you used to have to take a test on different cc bikes with the testing instructor on the back seat... stupid. I forgot the different levels but if you tested on a 1liter you were in the unlimited or whatever it was called. Now in Washington all you have to do it take the written test and a safety course and done. So my ninja 300 gets 55-60 miles per gallon and can top out at 127mph my gsxf1000 can kill you 80 times quicker and get 32-40 mile per gallon. To each their own. The 300 is still a blast to ride since it is so small and nimble and can still move but the gsxf is just...more.

I think the drug thing was a serious issue at one poi t if that's a Forsyth Ga cop car. I read a story where they were supposedly training some officers to perform "drug sobriety tests" and locking a bunch of false positives up. I don't know what happened with the case I'm talking about but that's what it seems like to me. He is looking for a reason to harass the guy.

All depends how you do it, if you have your actual plate on and they get it then yeah you're fucked but if you have no plate, even if you're on the same bike in the same gear they have no hard evidence on you to say that it was definitely you, they may sit on your ass to antagonise but with me when I've done it, it's always been one of them situations where they know it's me but me and the cop both know they can't do shit about it so they'll just tail me until they get bored

Having nothing to hide doesn't mean they won't find a reason to ticket you or arrest you. Ever drop a prescription pill in your car? Happen to still have the pill bottle? NO? You are under arrest for possession of a controlled substance. Besides that, not having anything to hide doesn't mean you should give up your rights. It's not like you are going to be punished for exercising your rights. There is absolutely nothing good that can come from talking to cops or letting them search you in this type of situation and many others. If you didn't call them, I suggest you don't talk to them or allow them anything you aren't legally obligated to. I'm not saying you should be a jerk... just don't be a pushover.

Just set the account up without any personal information and upload from the free WiFi at anywhere public and busy, I used to use my college's connection to upload because it gets 75MB/s **up** in the morning when the network isn't busy, even on the guest WiFi, just do it on your own laptop so it's not tied to a college account if you're concerned about privacy.

in the long run maybe but it is very easy to evade the police on a motorcycle (from what I see) all it takes is to dodge in between a few cars stopped at a stoplight and boom. Also motorcycles have way better acceleration than any cop car so doing a u turn would probably also do the trick
