Looking good. You're making me hungry. I inject my chicken liberally with melted butter. You can add pressed garlic to your butter when melting it for a garlic butter taste. I stuff the neck hole with a small to medium sized potato or onion plugging up the hole making it virtually airtight. This keeps the moisture in from your beer can allowing the steam from the liquid (I use 1/2 beer & 1/2 vinegar) to penetrate the chicken from the inside keeping it super moist, but not greasy.
