I am curious how the pros feel about the format. I do not like a round limit. It should play through until someone is knocked out. GeoGuessr should definitely look into this, I doubt most people prefer this way.
I'm thinking it's in order to keep the games on a schedule, since there are several series of games. During the World Cup, there are no round limits. That being said, in one of the first week games, some players didn't play the very first round in protest. Also, don't get some of the pros started on there being NMPZ only when it's the 3rd game ;)
Don't worry it's been two years & we still haven't found a single person who doesn't actively hate the round limit lol. It is what it is, we don't have any input.
