Haha , Jimin had a tendency to do that with his feet since he's trained in ballet and contemporary dance 🤣 If I'm not mistaken that foot/feet position is called a turn-out which via Google means "a rotation of the leg at the hips which causes the feet (and knees) to turn outward, away from the front of the body". He not only does this often in performances and MVs but every day life too (you'll notice in like Bangtan Bombs and such) along with other specific dance nuances, again, since he trained in them so much it's just become habit for him.
Anyway, LOVE this song!!! It was so unexpected stylistically and conceptually from him...can't wait for the rest of the album 💜

It's a stylistic choice, the autotune is used only in the rap sections as an instrument to experiment and to add textures to the song. Plenty of artists use autotune like this, Kanye, Travis, Frank Ocean to name a few. Not everyone's going to like everything but this sounds incredible.

It has got bad name because of the implication that talentless singers sound good because of it.
