- A course on Designing of Plastic Products for Injection Moulding was conducted by Prof. Vijay Bapat at IDC, IIT Bombay. The proper knowledge of materials and their manufacturing process helps a designer to select the best material as per its application. A good designer always considers the limitations and constraints of the materials in the design phase since materials not only affect the aesthetics of a product but also decide its manufacturing cost. max cos is possible if it is 0 degree? am i wrong?
Cos 45 is minimum for both directions, i.e. opening and closing.
