Sir, In the new DPT-3 Webform .
It specifically states about that:-
Declaration by Statutory Auditor-
" I hereby duly certify that the amount specified in 'Particular of deposits' and 'Particulars of liquid assets' is correct and in line with the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. "
This means that in the case of exempted Deposits _ Statutory Auditor Certification is not mandatory.

Yes Sir , As per the interpretation of the law. It is mandatory to attach the DSC of the Statutory Auditor, even if Deposit is nil.

I have incorporated company last year on 31st May, 2022 and we dont have any transactions since then except paid up capital deposited in the bank account. We have not taken any kind of loans for company either from directors or outside.
I am confused.
1. Do we still need to file DPT-3?
2. If Yes, which option is applicable for us ?
3. Regarding Statutory auditor, We are a startup and we have hired CA for our company , do we need his DSC ?
