Hey D Rob! I don't always comment, but I love your videos! You get some really awesome views and beautiful pictures! I also love that you show is the flora and fauna and it's always a bonus when we get to see who's hanging out on the forest floor (toads, salamanders, etc) always appreciate your videos
Thanks so much! All of the things catch my eye lol So I try to share everything because I know some folks like the things along the way instead of just the main attractions.
"That drainage is actually the run-off that comes through Hopewell Arch" Love it, things like that show your appreciation for the area. Actually headed down to the gorge Thursday to do a bunch of trails around Auxier Ridge and campout up there one night. Super hyped. Thanks, never been to keystone, I'll have to check it out!
I do enjoy me some RRG! Lol Hope you have a great weekend in the Red! I still need to get out in the Auxier area for some videos, there’s a ton of stuff to see out there.
@@ExploringWithDRob thanks man, it was awesome. On the way in I hit up Gray's Arch and midstep arch, then continued on the Papa bear and Sexton which are some new favs for sure. Up on the ridge I went all the way out to skyview, double andrews (got lost, whooped my butt) and Star gap before camping near arch of Triumph. There was a frog hopping around my fire all night. Went out to double arch in the morning. Wanted to find Tall arch and Sourwood arch but I was so whooped I called it early. Thanks for the videos man!
Sourwood is small, almost ain’t worth the work to get to. Tall Arch is a nice one, definitely correctly named. There’s another just off the Double Arch trail called Breakaway Arch, it’s got a really nice arch shape but it’s one of those with it’s back against the wall. Sounds like you still had a great trip!
