I think it's really unfair for people to judge and give so much hate on how someone eats when they're only seeing one day? Maybe they think you didn't eat enough fruit this day but maybe the next day you have lots of fruit - can't relate to people getting so worked up over how others eat.
Freakin loved this. I really enjoyed how real it was. Although i appreciate the work that goes into "aesthetic" what i eat in a days, i can never get past the fact that it's not realistic. Looking forward to more of these! 💗

Its a gloomy and rainy day today where I live and I woke up so anxious about my SAD kicking in soon. But then I rewatched your video about SAD and what helps you and then I turned the whole day around: I've wrote a paper for one of my classes and cleaned my kitchen and my bathroom, now I've made myself a cup of tea and can watch your video with the good feeling that I've been productive today and can just enjoy a cozy fall evening in bed:) starting and ending the day with a video of you❤

I love Brussel sprouts. Yours look pretty good to me. I pan fry mine with garlic until they are nice and charred (i.e. burnt). I love eating them with home made Chinese style fried rice. It’s the food of the gods!

If you have some grocery store near you that carries Kroger (particularly Simple Truth) products, look into the organic garbanzo beans. They’re around 150mg of sodium per serving. You can usually find them for $1, sometimes cheaper with a savings card coupon. The beans are smaller but you should technically still be getting the same amount.

If you transfer the fresh produce (salad, berries, etc.) into a glass container lined with a paper towel, it stays fresh for longer. It usually goes bad because of the moisture that gets trapped inside the plastic container/bag. The paper towel soaks up the moisture and can be switched out when it gets wet..
you should do a what i eat in a week that way we can even get some more recipe ideas especially with the same ingredients (like how you mentioned when you buy produce and try to use it up quicker)! i really enjoyed this video

It's so weird and cool to see people discover zaatar. I'm lebanese and it's one of my staples haha. For school 4 times out of 5 my mom would make me a pita wrap with zaatar, labneh and cucumbers or olives. Easiest lunch in a pinch XD. If you want to get it in a larger quantity (instead of a in a little seasoning bottle) maybe you can find it in some international grocery stores where they sell imported products. xx

YES! I recently have developed an egg allergy....I get really bad stomach aches when I eat eggs....which really sucks because I used to eat them daily for breakfast.
omg I had to pause and comment, I'm intolerant of avocados and eggs too! I read that it is related to a latex allergy. Some people have issues with bananas as well.

Omg would loove to see recipe videos! Also, if you like Brussels sprouts, try the smaller ones sometimes! Their taste is way less bitter!
If you like savory toast, try marmite or vegemit, it's really good if you use only a little bit of it (with hummus and sesame seeds its an A+)
i loooove chickpeas. i always saute them in sriracha, honey (or agave nectar for vegans), and a little bit of minced garlic. so good as a side
