We beat Portugal twice we drew with Spain. Beat France previous euro winners and Czech who were favourites to win it. Yes they were lucky moments in that game but overall due to greece defence all teams have limited dangerous chances. If you watch all the full games you will see what I am talking about. However most Greeks we were scared for the game against Czech. Defo the most tough one of the whole competition. In the final we knew we were champions before it even started so we were chilled. 😂

2004 Portugal was absolutely phenomenal and favourites to win the tournament as they were the hosts as well but I swear man that team was really one of the strongest Portugal teams ever as they contained Figo , deco , young ronaldo and etc.

It was the first time Portugal hosted a Euro cup, we had possibly the best national team at that competition, we were super happy about the event, and at the end Greece won. That was so painful. But in 2016 we did the same as Greece. We won against France in the Euro 2016 final hosted in France. As we say: "E FOI O EDER QUE OS FODEU!"

Portugal was the favourite to win this trophy and pretty much is one of the favourites in every tournament and historically has one of the best national teams in football in all generations.Same with Spain,Germany,England and of course France. And this particular tournament was in their home Portugal. AND WE BEAT THEM TWICE! Just to mention that was Greece's first participation in big tournament and we won it.
