Women and girls in Marsabit, particularly within pastoralist communities, frequently experience discrimination and face cultural practices that limit their access to education. The EACHRights team was privileged to participate in the launch of the Marsabit Gender Policy, which aims to address these inequalities and empower women and girls to fully engage in social, economic, and political spheres.
