Delicious Turkey stuffed bell pepper

  1 1/2 sauté caramelize onion
3 pieces of small chopped Garlic
1 small chopped bell pepper Red or Green
1 teaspoon of chicken Flavor bouillon
Add 1 or 1/2 Teaspoon of season all
Optional add very little salt
Add Fresh parsley
3 pieces of scallion same as Green Onion
Use any color of Large bell pepper to Stuff Meat
1 or 2 slice of bread
Use any Cheese of your Choice
