I moved to ATL in 05. Amiyah (a teenager) scooped me in her hotel room and mothered me for 2 years!! I never properly thanked her and she probably dont even remember me. I was with her at the grocery store that day!! She feed us!! That night... we got a radio and my college life began. I love you Amiyah Scott #KittyBox🎉
People don’t fully understand the influence of Amiyah. She is the blueprint of the “IG BADDIE”! SHE paved the way for the girls to have brand deals being BEAUTIFUL. Cis and Trans women! She was really selling hair and lace fronts without saying a WORD on camera. This is so powerful hearing her voice and her being vulnerable, still on her earth sign shit. Thank you ladies 💕 always dropping bigger gems getting better every time.
This is so true people don’t understand. She has really paved the way for a lot of transgender women. Asia said it best The doll of our generation. Amiyah Scott was and still is our brown Barbie she is the doll that really put lace frontals, installs on the map. I’m talking about 12,13,14 years ago. We Didn’t even know what a lace front was or a frontal install was until we seen her on myspace, Facebook when it was first starting up and IG. She used to eat it up without saying a word I always wondered years ago back then what her voice sounded like. I’m speaking for myself and my generation of dolls on this one give this woman all her roses while she still here because she deserves every one of them, but most importantly she lived in her authentic truth around the time people didn’t even know what transgender was she was and still is “That girl” in my eyes.
These ladies gave the ULTIMATE FQ aesthetic this day. Amiyah has always been a classy hood bish. I loved her here. She has evolved so much. I love that Asia gave her her roses. Such a genuine exchange.
It's really refreshing to see Amiyah like this! Often times our FQ faces don't get to have a voice. They walk a function, and immediately leave the building without making connections with anybody. It's great to see her vulnerable, but also laughing and kee keeing. She has a very great personality!
I was in NOLA for Mardi Gras and walked past Amiyah in a club. After realizing who I saw, I gagged, turned around again, and made eye contact. We hugged and I told her "It's nice to see you," and she replied, "It's nice to see you too, baby." That made my entire night and after watching this and gaining an understanding of what she may have been going through... what a fucking lady Amiyah is and will forever be. Love her.
this was so beautiful. i laughed and cried. as a black southern trans woman, amiyah is the blueprint for a lot of women in that particular demographic. there will never be enough words or materials to thank her for being such a fearless pioneering black trans woman and representation for many girls to see themselves. especially me! i love you amiyah. 🥲🫶🏾
“Parents in the bed at 8 and i was out the window by 9” She is 100% telling all facts because my bestfriend and I were the getaway driver on several occasions. Attractions and Fusions were the days ! Amiyah ❤
The girls brought “KING AMIYAH SCOTT” 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 The Best episode thus farrrrr!!!!!! I needed this, thank you ladies for another fabulous installment of #FCSC🥹✨
I really love this interview Amiyah was literally thee IT girl of the early 2010’s like you couldn’t get on social media without seeing her face. I’ve been following her for well over 10 years. She was the first Trans woman that I followed during my teenage years and I learned a lot about the Trans woman experience from her. She was just that girl and always had such a kind spirit. She really did inspire an entire generation of girls especially during our teen years. She had this confidence to her that you just loved. I’m happy that we got to see a more deeper and vulnerable side to her. You ladies are doing an incredible job with the space that y’all have created for each other to be open and vulnerable without being exploited. This is a beautiful and sacred place ❤
I love when tempress does that voice lmao “relationships comes with some shit too” I forgot what episode but one time she randomly said “Play chessss!!” in that voice and I died 😂
I’m sorry this episode made me so emotional. It’s so beautiful seeing one of the girls be so vulnerable and open. Our trans sisters and brothers always half to put on a strong face and be leaders in our community but can never be weak. I love you ladies down💖💖💖🌊

I appreciate Amiyah’s vulnerability! As a person stepping into my purpose… I needed to hear these words of wisdom and Truth. A wise person once said…. “ you must go through the storm, before you get over it!” Thank you for this testimony. I can’t wait to watch you flourish as you re-emerge! Peace Blessings Love Joy and Light my sister
Amiyah speaking for FQ’s and was spitting gems for WOMEN she spoke to me when she said not throwing yourself through every door and whats for you is for you! Love you guys and your podcast! So inspiring
@@MrsLegitParttwo to be honest i wasn't separating the two i just was stating that she was speaking for those who identify as she does (trans ) but the words she spoke were for WOMEN period, of all sorts trans women biological women women of color just women in general.
Amiyah's journey serves as a powerful testament to to approach every interaction with compassion and thoughtfulness, always considering the struggles and challenges that others might be enduring. Her story is a reminder that kindness and understanding can make a profound difference in the lives of those around us, encouraging us all to be more mindful and considerate in our daily interactions. Thank you Goddess for sharing a fraction of your private self💐💐. Thank you ladies for a beautiful episode!!!!!👏👏
I felt her through this entire episode. Amiyah you’re amazing and I want to thank you for just being you and for opening doors for transwomen like me. Your sacrifice and hustle is paving the way for opportunities for us all. You are beautiful and loved in every way possible. Thank you to all you ladies because what you guys do and are doing, means a lot.

This show is amazing and ground breaking!!! FEEDBACK: There’s something happening with the mics. I find myself having to adjust my volume up the entire episode to hear Asia and Tabytha and then down because Tempress comes in really loud. I don’t know if it’s the placement of the mics, an issue with the mics or if the settings need to be modified for each of the ladies. Just sharing my experience to help the show continue to be great!
I loved this whole interview it’s refreshing seeing this side of Amiyah not only is she beautiful, but she is humble and genuine I love her even more now after watching this.
I’m so thankful y’all decided to come together as a sisterhood to bring a platform for the girls. I’m usually insecure about my look so I stay away from beauty’s like y’all but the love and comfort you feel listening to y’all is so unexpected and satisfying. It was sooooo good tonight each sister has her own unique personality that’s amazing ❤❤ ❤❤ ❤❤ Love to see the Capricorn showing emotion cus sisters!!!!!! This was beautiful, I love my community. What Amiyah has shared touched every bit of my soul, including the women on this panel allowing her to speak her truth unapologetically. I love all of you. Thank you for sharing this podcast.
Wow that episode was everything darlings!!! Thank you so much for having the one and only King Amiyah Scott on your show! So, story time, I met her pre-transition as Arthur back in New Orleans, LA 2004 when I attended Xavier University (Reigned as Mr. Freshman). Such a great episode and I admire the constant vulnerability being shown by all of the ladies. This needs a part two. I wish yall touched more about her ballroom career, mizrahi, Chanel and now margiela. Her relationships with the house members after leaving, etc. I’m from New Orleans also.
