These jump boxes are great. No messing around with long cables from another vehicle. No crossing cables and chancing ruining your electrical or the other vehicles electrical. No need for another vehicle. Check your alternator by taking off one side of the power box. If the vehicle dies your know your alternator isn’t charging because the battery is running by the jump box. Demonstrate to the others in your family that drive so they know how easy it is if they have the vehicle and it won’t start. Helping others that are stranded with no battery power is great. 😊
Why wait in the freezing cold for AAA to show up or maneuver your spouses car around to hook up jumper cables when you can just pull this out of your glove box, connect it and go?
I really appreciate your tutorial on how to use this device. I do have a question: If your device is fully charged, and it does charge a dead battery, but a red light comes with a beep sound that's on the adapter plug, what does this mean?

A couple of seconds after i plugged it in the light turned green so i went ahead and tried starting the car but the car didn’t even crank. Does this mean my battery is too low so this battery pack can’t help? It was at 100% charged when i used it

I just purchased mine, and checking it out. Mine only shows 1 blue light, out of the box. How long does the NexPow take to charge?
I am kinda stuck and I waiting for mine. Does it work if the car won’t start at all? Don’t know if it’s a battery issue buying it to trouble shoot.
The first car we tried it on wouldn’t start at all. I’m guessing if the battery is too far gone, it might not work, but it has for us.

That could be the case. The batteries we have tried it on have been to low to start without this pack, but not completely dead apparently.
No matter what I did-couldn't get the light to change to green. ARGGH!!
So to jump the car the light has to turn green. So that's when you know it's probably connected and ready to go?
Based on our use that would be correct.

Not sure. We haven’t had that happen. I’ll see if I can try ours again tomorrow and get it to do it.

I looked in my manual and didn’t see anything on that. Wonder if that means low voltage? Mine hasn’t done that as of yet.
Could be low voltage? It might mean the battery is super dead/damaged.

Did you figure this one out? On the charger it says short circuit and reverse charge when you get the beeping.
