TW I 100% get this. Im in a major depressive episode atm and symptoms of cptsd and I just want to sleep all the time. I don't want to do ANYTHING other than eat and only sometimes want to watch TV. I have major athendonia and don't enjoy anything. Today I had a massive melt down because I just wanted to sleep to stop dealing with being awake but my roomates where being noisy. I just want to go onto my Nintendo switch but it's just sooo hard and I always get overwhelmed and sleep anyways

I wonder what your head space is like after having posted this. Exercise always helps create "take-off ramps" of good life decisions when in funks. The hardest part is actually getting to the gym. Cool that you have a lizard and yeah, it is fun. Girl towards the end there you had some racing thoughts vibes. I feel you on the Sims obsession tho. I do that same thing with avoid it haha hope all is well
I get what your saying and can relate and apprecaite the honesty.I noticed working out helps with depression. Working out meaning just be active I got back into working out by 30 day pushup or situp etc or I would just reseach things.
Two advices; first Practice gratitude, second try not to identify with depression (for example instead of saying "I'm depressed" say "i feel depressed" because identifying with it will make you want to stay depressed because it becomes part of your identity)
I'm in my late 30s with a stable career, let me give you this advice: your 20s go by quick, and it's the best decade to invest money. You should want a career that requires licensing, such as nursing or ultrasound technician. Get that full healthcare insurance coverage and start saving/investing. Trust me, retail and restaurant jobs aren't long term (minimal benefits). What do you going to school for right now? Use school to make friends. Once you don't see people often anymore, it's next to impossible to put in the effort.
I haven't but I believe I'm on the spectrum. I've been trying to find a doctor that could diagnose that but I haven't found any that diagnose autism in adults at a reasonable price

And no I can't relate I'm not depressed and I am not Bored. just try to make more friends in College and Do something fun with your partner. If you hate Florida Then move to a new city. God i haven't been keeping up with any of your videos and Don't know what advice to give you.
what phone did you get was it an iPhone? and My phone costs less than $50 dollars, You need financial literacy to stop spending recklessly. You need money management and a budget for your money. and The insanity of spending $1,000+ on a smartphone is foolish Take it Back and Buy a Phone for No more than 250 dollars. You don't need an expensive phone and if you Like iPhones You can buy an Old iPhone for less than 300 Dollars. If you want to be an Adult you have to act like one Have you Seen the TH-camr Boogie and His Documentary How He is Wasting insane amounts of Money. Stupid Poor people waste money they don't have but are still able to spend. You have a Partner Not many people can say that, You are going to college to be somebody. and Maybe you should seek some kind of Tharpy group. And you can bring an Ice pack and go outside if it gets too hot. You could talk to a therapist and tell them about your problems Hmm?
It's not an iPhone, I hate iPhone tbh. And no I absolutely did not need to buy this phone it was an impulsive buy, I do have a budget and I stay within my budget but I know this purchase was absolutely not necessary. If i could return it i would but im past the date to do so i only had like 15 days. Thank you though for your advice :) appreciate it

Have you taken the self-assessment test for ADHD? It might be a factor
