Yeah that would be cool, I did make a scene with Batman in it, but took him out of it right before I rendered it out, for the same reasons as why I didn't do Spiderman 😞 I did in fact, contact Lucasfilm to ask if I could make a Star Wars scene (even unmonetized) and of course I was met with a resounding 'no, don't you dare'. Which is fair to be honest, as it's their IP. But I would love to do something, Marvel/DC/Star Wars related for my channel. What is annoying is that some channels don't care about copyright and do it anyway 🤔
Having lived in NYC for several decades, I can attest that these are incredibly realistic, and being one of those who are soothed by the activity and familiarity of such scenes, I keep any one of a hundred different one of these scenes playing on a big screen lending their ambience. I’m not currently living in the city but miss it dearly. These are the next best thing. Thanks.

The window and view of the high buildings give me so much good vibes, and it literally inspires me to work had for my dream to work hard.. If you can, it'd be soooo amazing if you mad another video like this - where you're in america, where in the opposite you see high apartments with flashing lights, and ESPECIALLY with the traffic sounds, which makes it WAYYY better. It'd be nice, and also keep up the amazing work!!!

Something with a bedroom that size is either a hotel room, or a condo (that would be minimally $3mil or more). Modern rentals in NYC don't have bedrooms that large. My apartment is "large" for a rental and my bedroom is like 10x12.
