That means a willingness to go out of her comfort zone, trying new recipes and overcoming hurdles on the fly. When she forgot the cheese she went back and added it. The food came out amazing. For removing salmon skin, you can slice it off or give it a “hot flash,” which is when you put it in a dish, pour boiling water over it, then immediately remove it and put the salmon in ice cold water to stop the cooking process (so that it’s not over cooked once you actually cook it). After that the skin will peel right off.
