I’d once ordered an AC from shopclues in 2015, which was never delivered. They took the money and the delivery status remained stagnant as “in transit” for almost 3 weeks. Finally after an arduous follow up with their customer care as well as the seller, I could cancel the order and get the refund after another 2 weeks. Promised myself, never to return to this website again. Good thing that it got bankrupt and closed down.

You are absolutely right, i was very impressed with the unique products it has during that time. Like i live in greater noida and i ordered pump for my RO. The quality was good at that time and i really impress with the app. But after some time after the entey of Flipkart and Amazon once I ordered kitchen chopping wooden board. I realy surprise when I receive air tight container with respect to that. I hope may be a mistake and i returned the same but after that in replacement of that i receive plastic board and grill. I totally loss my faith from ShopClues now and from that day I never ordered from ShopClues. Although I receive my refund back as i return my wrong product but customer never wait for the thing's corrected, he always move up..for the next better get's in the market.
I had also ordered glass set and Garnier face wash in 2015, glass set was so cheap quality and face wash was also not original. Thereafter I never ordered from ShopClues.
Shopclues is still working, I tried to become a seller but after getting the reviews I decided to continue with Amazon and Flipkart. ( I am happy with Amazon and Flipkart)
Ekdam sahi baat.. meine life mein sirf ek hi baar ShopClues se order kiye.. because jo chiz mujhe Amazon par Flipkart par mil raha tha uska nearly 1/3rd price par mujhe mila.. par jab product mila.. woh itni bekar thi ki woh price v humko mehnga lagne laga.. aur mere aas pados wale humko bole bhaiya humlog isliye wahan se purchase nahi karte hai because woh log second hand saman bejte hai.. Isliye woh mera first and last order tha. Messo v usi rasta par hai magar unke product ki quality sahi hai.. main abhi maximum messo par hi shopping karta hu. Hope yeh company apne customer ka trust jitne men saksham ho.
