Yep, loved this whole album but now it sounds like shit unless you watch the videos with Chris. It’s not just vocals, it’s everything that sounds so weird to me. I can’t find the reason why this album sounds different. I can barely listen to the songs on my phone, but videos on here are how I’d like to enjoy the songs again.
They should have never let Chris walk away from the band. I had the pleasure of working with him at my previous job, he was my manager. He lives so low key in my small town in Missouri. He is a wonderful person with a huge heart, he helped me through a dark time in my life, without knowing it.
Damn this guy should have taken over for David Williams as the singer for Drowning Pool. What a voice! It's nice to see that there is still kick ass heavy metal to be found.
They changed the lead singer after 2011 and haven't had a hit song since Chris walked away. I know him personally , Unfortunately he has no desire to share his talent with the rest of the world again. Sad but I understand, family comes first and he's a better person living a normal life out of the spot light.
My band opened for these guys and Janus...they are incredible musicians as well as nice guys. Keep up the good work Seasons After, hopefully we'll get the privilege to play with you again. - Drew - Lead Singer for Vitosus
"If it's negative, then I don't wanna hear it, eliminatin' playa haters with their evil spirits!" This band is dope, good tunes! I can press play on the first track of this album & let it play all the way through without skipping a song...good shit fellas, keep on rockin'!!!!
Tony the new singer is pretty awesome. They sound just the same. But all the Season After Guys are awesome. When they came to Augusta they rocked the show and we got to hang out with them after. SEASON AFTER EFFING ROCKS!!!!
To those looking to buy this CD. I don't know about now... but I bought it at Best Buy last fall after I saw them in Bonner Springs, KS. And someone below asked, "When in the hell were they in KANSAS?!?!" Unless I'm very much mistaken, this band is FROM Kansas. Wichita, I believe...
I personally know the band & yes, this was done before Jimmy (as Chris, Dawson, Michael & Tim call him) joined. They are a very dedicated & kick-ass band & I am so stoked they recently got signed to the Warner Brothers Label.
Stumbled on a random cover for Cry Little Sister, realized that I know that song but someone else covered it, after a quick scroll down the results I find Seasons After, Yahtzee! that's the cover I was searching for, and now this, probably the fist song I've heard from SA.
Okay guys this why you can't get the song on iTunes right now im listening to it right now on iTunes because you need limewire for it!!! all you need is to download that itunes...... Oh great band favorite song :D
@Kennedyiskrazy This is still chris. Every video they have and their album that you can find in stores features Chris. I haven't seen an album with Tony yet, but I am very excited to hear it. Chris is a very good vocalist. As is Tony. These guys know how to pick a good singer.
That's crazy just seen a show in hays while on vacation them fools fucking rocked that shit and I don't even like a lot of rock. I have my favs and seasons after is in there. # .
Will Smith I stand corrected, Hell yeah then, i love this band, i had just heard from someone that supposedly knows Chris(the vocalist) and they said they weren't together anymore. That's awesome then.
Holy Shit, congrats on the bad ass video guys keep up the bad ass work! I remember seein you guys with Travesty and Zerofixx, so awsome job on kickin this much ass since!
The original Lead singer Chris was from Joplin MO. He went to college in Wichita where he met the other members. He now lives in my small home town and lives a normal life.
@ers1026 Im not a fan of stuff from kansas (from missouri) but they are amazing. and you have heard of red line chemistry, the leo project and evalyn awake?
i dont think that is actually charlie scene but i actually thought that fro a second too but then he pulled off his bandanna a little bit. im pretty sure its not him. lol :) awesome band btw.
I like how the window says, "Remember, your not in Kansas anymore." You're* But if they had stayed here in Wichita, they probably wouldn't have had so many problems and would've stayed together. I do know that Chris was part of the problem with the relationships between members, but that doesn't change the fact that they were extremely talented when they started. They should've stayed a small band. I miss this Seasons After so much.
KendraandAngie Chris wasn't the problem, it was their contract and manager. Chris was my step dad, he left the band and moved to Joplin with my family because they weren't going to go anywhere because their manager didn't know how to make a band like this big! Whenever he left the band actually got out of the contract and into a new one.
I'm just some schmuck from Kansas City, but Chris was not the problem. As a mater of fact, his voice was what got them the recognition they had. Great riffs and a good frontman only get you so far. That label didn't have their shit together.
My mom knew Chris. It sucks that their band went to shit. I have so many fond memories of their awesome concerts. One time, they were in a concert with Children of Bodom. It was amazing.
Someone here in 2020? This band makes me nostalgic
Have not heard anything in a while. I have looked to see if they are even still together? Anyone know?
I'm here in 2023.
They should have never let Chris walk away from the band. I had the pleasure of working with him at my previous job, he was my manager. He lives so low key in my small town in Missouri. He is a wonderful person with a huge heart, he helped me through a dark time in my life, without knowing it.
2024 🤘🤘🤘
Super underrated band. I've been listening to this song since i was 10 lol i dont even remember how i first heard it XD
Back when I was a cool kid we opened for these dudes a couple of times and they still jam!
The most under rated band I've heard. THEY COULD BE TRUE ROCK STARS!!
totally AGREE!!!
Only with this singer though, and he had serious issues
Same for Krash Karma, not sure how bands can get famous these days
@@snugglyjeff214 What happened with the singer?
I completely agree with that so underrated
Damn this guy should have taken over for David Williams as the singer for Drowning Pool. What a voice! It's nice to see that there is still kick ass heavy metal to be found.

They changed the lead singer after 2011 and haven't had a hit song since Chris walked away. I know him personally , Unfortunately he has no desire to share his talent with the rest of the world again. Sad but I understand, family comes first and he's a better person living a normal life out of the spot light.

@Kennedyiskrazy This is still chris. Every video they have and their album that you can find in stores features Chris. I haven't seen an album with Tony yet, but I am very excited to hear it. Chris is a very good vocalist. As is Tony. These guys know how to pick a good singer.

Will Smith I stand corrected, Hell yeah then, i love this band, i had just heard from someone that supposedly knows Chris(the vocalist) and they said they weren't together anymore. That's awesome then.

The original Lead singer Chris was from Joplin MO. He went to college in Wichita where he met the other members. He now lives in my small home town and lives a normal life.

This video gave me chills
this video was done before James was in the band... Steve was the guitarist/Backing vocals before James...

I don't care what his band calls him. I've known him for almost 27 years now, and his name is Jim.
I actually just live an hour away from Wichita, KS in which seasons after is from.

Chris Schlichting is the vocalist in this song/video? so who is the vocalist in 'Cry Little Sister'?
Chris is.
I like how the window says, "Remember, your not in Kansas anymore."
You're*
But if they had stayed here in Wichita, they probably wouldn't have had so many problems and would've stayed together.
