I started watching your videos when you were almost done building the BearHawk. I will watch every build video you produce on the Sling. I have never thought about a Sling kit as one to even think about building, but seeing the simplicity of this kit without having to use bucked rivets makes it really attractive to build someday maybe. Since you told us what your building, I have researched lots of videos and really think the Sling aircraft is really a plane I would really enjoy. Thank you so much for putting in the effort it takes to produce these videos.
Absolutely! After building the Bearhawk, I started researching another build project. I was seriously considering the RV-10, but came across the Sling TSi and never looked back. It's an amazing airplane in construction and performance. Thank you for watching!
I'm not sure how your build slipped by me. I'm just about ready to roll my Tsi over to the airport for final assembly. This is a bit of time travel for me now. :)
Thanks for making these videos, really a great resource! Is there a reason why you choose to shorten those rivets VS. Buying a shorter one or using squeezed rivets?

My pleasure! The rivet shortening is per the plans.
Is there any statement from sling about the interference of the rivets? Shorten the rivets will fix it, but is this accepted?
The only statement I am aware of from Sling are the instructions on the plans to perform this modification to the rivet.
