Right! I’m looking into my first CRM; dubsado is my top fave but not having a mobile app is very frustrating. It would be nice to monitor accounts, projects, contracts, invoices, etc on-the-go, or even be able to build forms and packages and whatnot via mobile. Game changer.
the term 'Project' is unfortunate. I think few businesses think of interactions with the customer as being a Project. How do you re-assign a task to another person (resource)? where are the tickler (reminders)? of past due tasks?
My biggest issue with Dusabo is they don't have an app!
