Who's the gymnast at 0:40 - 0:45. The fact that he doesn't even move his shoulders when transitioning out of the iron cross in insane. I did gymnastics competitively for 8 years and have never seen a maltese done like that.
I actually forgot his name, i believe it’s Chen something (not Chen yibing). I was completely in love with his maltese. I never Saw a gymnast making super wide maltese look that easy. He is a master at maltese for sure, i feel the same Way as you
Bro don't stop training. An injury like that is never a reason to completely stop. There is always something you can work on without aggravating the injury. Don't see it as an obstacle but a challenge to grow in ways you have not considered before. Can't do statics? Work on hypertrophy which will eventually improve your statics when you can do them again. Also you could try flexibility training or do specific rehab exercises for your injury. Don't give up.
