I was able to pull a Cinderella Enchanted from Rise of the Floodborn sleeved blister packs yesterday

Very jealous! I'm still searching for that Cinderella Enchanted! I've just never had much luck with blisters :(

you should've opened from the same set. shimmering trove vs 8 ursula blisters are two different odds

Why is it different odds??? I'll try same set next time and see if its different
