It's a nice home, but I may say wrong choice of furniture kc nagmukhang masikip. Even the art on the wall is quite confusing di nagbabalance sa color ng wall but over all its still a decent house. Love your videos keep posting.

Maganda at mamahalin ang mga gamit pero ok sana if plain colors lang ang ginamit na mga muebles dahil dark na ang mga dingding at kisame. Plus napadami ang mga frames. Pero iba2 naman tayong lahat ng taste😉😉😉

Looks elegant n expensive ang cieling at iba pang mga gamit stunning. Pero mejo nasira lang sa part ng mga sofa hindi na bumagay .sorry naman but just my own view cguro kung wooden nalang ung sofa nila nag match pa sa cieling n dinning table.
Sana mirror instead of putting an art sa wall sa dining para magmukhang malaki yung space.
I toured Camella homes in Roxas city last time we were in the Philippines to look for a lot for my retired pinay grandma. I liked the uniformity of the houses. It's definitely great for an individual and small families. I hope they used sound materials though 🤞😅
My question is; is it typical for Filipino homes to be that close? Yes, there's a firewall but the houses are built too close and that wouldn't it still affect the structural integrity?

The terminology "Master bedroom" has it's ties to slavery. It's now refered as Primary bedroom. Real estate professionals don't use that term anymore.
Yeah but some of the real estate professionals/agents or vloggers still use the term "Master's Bedroom or Master Bedroom". Master bedroom or the Primary room while Master's bedroom is the bedroom of the master of the house.
