On 13th June, 1997, 59 people were killed in a fire in New Delhi's Uphaar Cinema. The fire started when oil leaked from the transformer in the parking area of the cinema hall. Soon the cars parked there were ablaze and toxic smoke filled the cinema hall. 59 people sitting on the balcony died due to asphyxiation as there were not enough exit routes.

My parents always enjoyed watching movies they always go to uphaar sinema to watch movies my older sister was in my mother's womb and my mother wanted to watch border but luckily she didn't go to watch it because my father came late from his office at that day since that day after knowing what could have happened if my mother would have watched the movie that day at uphaar our family would have never existed 😳
a sloth could've given justice 10 yrs ago, the SC has broken a world record for being this slow.

So sad for the victims RIP 😞
Really 59 people died even , supreme court negligence really bad for justice , responsible people are alive now ,they are living freely because of our justice don't see 59 life lost , who are responsible , obviously rich people like cinema hall owner ,many government officers but they don't have regret , because they didn't get punishment
I came here after watched trail by fire 🙁 very heart touching story and based on this real incidents.
Along with the owners the coorupted agencies who give clearance to such projects must also be punished

There are so many cases where the gov has let down the victims of a tragedy
You are right ... Justice is always denied 😭 still hoping your justice is accepted 😭🙏
So painful 😢
Today I saw this hall in Green Park Delhi
Justice delayed is justice denied.
60 crores for 59 deaths?? Is it justice?
The mother's most scariest Dream ever
Today d verdict.. Even sadder. I salute you.
Really appreciate you ma'am,
Who is here after watching the Netflix series
Goodness. The chill and pain in her words. How brutally one gets denied just for the cause of being ordinary..
Came here after watching Trial by fire....😢Sad
Nobody has trust in the supreme court of India. one has to follow the rule otherwise even if you are right the court will jail you. The judicial system has been imposed on us. And this is what judicial system do, delay the justice and dont even bother about the case which is not in the news. Section 498A is a classic example of judicial failure.
Its feel so bad 😢
Salute to their never giving spirit
I watched the movie that's how I had to come and look for the story only to find out it's true
Shame. On supreme Court.. Shame..
Heart broken

@@Ramit420
Only 7 yr jail, this is not the justice at all.
@@Ramit420
After so many years of court hearing this is power of money.
@@VikasGupta007 very true
Lucknow, Bangalore, Delhi big earnings for ansal family, they got yes bank to fund projects in Lucknow by putting up property in NCR as collateral
very shameful indeed.
Great mother who fought her life to get justice for kids and other parents to 👏
Shame on the judgement.
😭😭😭😭😭
Indian judiciary has become a big joke. Ppl spend years and years in these courts. Courts work for ppl with money and power.. We need courts that are considerate. India needs" court clensing"
Watching the fire on. Trail from netflix
💔💔💔💔💔
Indian judiciary at its finest
Indian court a d judiciary they take so long time to give judgement that people lose the faith.
Bahut hi dukhad ghatna Tebow💐💐
Ansal family still making tons of money
Shame on supreme court
India is very backward in terms of justice, the meaning of judges in India is a waste of time and money, politicians are busy in their mutual political battles, they have no time to reform the judicial system.
🙏🙏🙏
😢
Shameful...supreme court boo
I don't trust the law in this country
Om Shanti🥲🙏
Nyaay vyavastha bik chuki hai
watching this video, I solemnly swear if I ever meet a supreme court judge in person, I shall personally slap the shit out of their face. The SC has let down the country so many times...
How are we going to be the superpower we want to be if the cost of human life is so less?
Omg
India mein justice is joke
Why sometimes supreme court fail in such low that ppl lose confidence in judiciary
May the god give sadbuddhi to milords.
