  • In this New Series I'll be playing a game called L.A. Noire where I get 100% on all of the cases and do some street Crimes along the way. I will show you all the Right choices for each investigation and each clues for evidence. L.A. Noire is a 2011 action-adventure video game developed by Team Bondi and published by Rockstar Games. Set in 1947 Los Angeles, the game follows the rise of detective Cole Phelps among the ranks of the Los Angeles Police Department as he solves a range of cases across various bureaus. When he is tasked with investigating a morphine distribution ring involving several of his former squadmates from World War II, Phelps finds both his personal and professional life falling into turmoil, and reluctantly joins forces with his estranged former comrade, Jack Kelso, as they uncover a major conspiracy involving prominent Los Angeles figures.
    Upon Reflection:CRIME SCENE-Alleyway near 6th and Industrial
While on patrol through the streets of Los Angeles, Officer Cole Phelps and his partner, Ralph Dunn, receive a call from KGPL for their car, Unit 14 Adam, which Dunn answers immediately. The dispatcher informs them of a shooting at 6th and Industrial Street, with Unit 16 William requesting uniformed assistance for an evidence search. Dunn responds, letting the dispatcher know they are enroute, and Cole begins driving towards the location.
    Crime Scene
As they arrive, a body is being placed in a coroner's vehicle. A man approaches, introducing himself as Homicide Detective Floyd Rose and accompanied by his partner Rusty Galloway. Rose asks if they're his backup. Cole introduces himself and Dunn as officers from Wilshire Police Station, then Floyd briefs them on the situation. The victim was a black male named Scooter Peyton, who was found shot to death in the alleyway and whose body is currently being transported to Central Morgue. Rose states that he has a witness who saw a Caucasian male shoot the victim twice in the head and tossed his weapon before fleeing the scene. Before leaving with Galloway, Rose makes it clear that he couldn't care less if they actually find anything, given that the victim was a "lowlife".
Armed and Dangerous: CRIME SCENE-Westlake Savings & Loans
The case starts with a police bulletin about an armed robbery at Westlake Savings & Loans that Cole Phelps and his partner Ralph Dunn pick up on their radio. When they arrive at the bank, Phelps takes a shotgun from his car's trunk and gets into position to fire back at the robbers. He attempts to defuse the situation by ordering the robbers to throw out their weapons and surrender, but they refuse, and he is left with no other option but to start shooting at them.
You can finish this case by dropping the shotgun and using your service revolver instead; however, your partner will still make shotgun-related comments.
If you kill at least three, your partner can take out the rest
This case was first seen during the "Orientation" trailer that was released February
This is the only case where you can use the Colt Police Positive, which is necessary to complete the "Roscoe and Friends" achievement/trophy.
In the introduction before the case, Herschel Biggs uses the phrase "a one-way ticket to Palookaville" in his narration. This phrase is a quote from the 1954 film On the Waterfront, despite the fact that L.A. Noire is set in 1947. The use of this anachronistic quote was likely a developer oversight.
In the trailer, one of the robbers is seen wearing a bandana but, in the game, he is only seen wearing it during the opening cutscene for a few seconds
In the VR version, this case is played before "Upon Reflection".
    Warrants Outstanding:PERSONS OF INTEREST-Wendell Bowers
Cole Phelps and Ralph Dunn are patrolling the streets when Dunn spots Wendell Bowers, who jumped his parole after Dunn arrested him for serial burglary. Cole jumps out of the car and pursues Bowers as he tries to escape, before finally besting him in a physical confrontation.
is impossible to subdue Bowers during the chase since the player has yet to learn how to fire a warning shot.
    Buyer Beware
While on foot patrol, Officer Cole Phelps hears multiple gunshots and runs toward the sound. He shows up to the scene of a shooting where he discovers businessman Everett Gage dead on the sidewalk in front of his own store, Nunn Bush Shoes, and learns the identity of his killer, jeweler Edgar Kalou, from saleswoman Clovis Galletta, who works at Gage’s store. He also finds five .32 ACP shell casings and a .32 ACP FN Browning 1922 pistol discarded in a bin near Gage's body. Phelps and his partner, officer Ralph Dunn go to Hartfield's Jewelry Store to apprehend Kalou after confirming that he is the owner of the Browning pistol.
