I still haven't done it properly myself lmao. Just darted it for the t90 upgrade but working on perks and shit before I try it properly. What parts are you struggling on?
Araxxi has 3 paths, only 2 are open at a time, I think it changes weekly? The only 2 you really want to do is middle and top, bottom path is just annoying and easy to deal with the mechanic you get for not running down it so. Start fight with pre summons, burn either top or middle web as soon as it lets you. You're just going to be sitting there doing mechanics in the first room until the web burns down fully so focus more on surviving. 3 main abilities that happen throughout the fight. 1. You get dragged towards the boss and it looks like it is about to swipe, just run backwards as far out as you can (only need to be out of melee range but better safe than sorry). 2. You get webbed, just spam click the floor next to you to break out. 3. Araxxor will throw a web over itself, just stop attacking, if you hit while in this form you get damage reflected back on you and I think it heals boss? When the web burns down run down the passage right away to start next phase. Top Path: Just kill every spider that spawns. Priority is White Spider > red orb spider > every other spider. There is a specific set that spawns each wave during that phase but just focus on killing them and attacking Araxxor when they are dead. Sometimes 3 eggs will be spawned on the ground, keep an eye out for these and run and stand on the middle one because you have a fireball flying at you and it will kill the egss instead of you. Just fight the boss until it tells you that you can move on and move to third room. Middle Path: This also has the egg bomb mechanic so do the same there, but otherwise you want to keep Araxxor standing in the acid pool in the middle until it charges the bar under the health up, can never remember how much is required but you can dip in and out to get it, but once you have maybe about 75% run all the way to the top and the platform will start to go green and eventually will break and let you into last room. There is also acidic spiders that spawn, you don't want to let these touch you because they will 1 shot you but they walk slow and eventually explode. Bottom Path: It's something like watching where Araxxor is charging from and pressing the arrow keys to dodge it idk I never do it. Phase 3: Back to fighting Araxxor just like Phase 1 with mechanics based on the paths active that cycle and which one you didn't do. If there was acid left in the pool in middle path too then Acidic spiders will spawn but only a couple of them at most. So if you didn't do top path you'll get spiders spawning here same priority as top path. If you didn't do middle path you'll get acid spiders. If you didn't do bottom path sometimes everything will go black and you need to get to the spot of light asap or you start taking damage. Phase 4: Araxxi will always use an attack based on what you are praying at the time so you just swap back and forth between attacks with Ranged and Mage. Ranged attack is the white orb, mage is the green orb. Also does the mechanic of dragging you in and swiping so just dodge that the same. Also has an orb that it throws that will bounce a few times before hitting you. Does a bit of damage but usually killed before it matters. You can just keep dodging it by moving as it is coming onto the spot you are standing on.
@@Dexpls Honestly I'd rather take my chances with Araxor in t70 armor over Nex, if only we could swap those two for the power armor upgrades. 2/3 path is the easiest for beginners, as there's not much you have to do on the darkness path and you don't want to mess with minions the first time around. Dodging the attacks is easy if you pay attention to the front legs. Both legs low and spread out? You jump. Both legs high in the middle? you roll down. Both legs on the right side of your screen? You roll to the right and the opposite is true for the left side.
Yeah I don't know why they don't have them the other way around haha. Is it? Idk I've always just avoided darkness because it feels like more effort watching the boss and trying to react to where it is. Clicking on spiders just sounds easier, but yeah if darkness is easier then that's the best idea haha
@Dexpls that's a good call out. A small piece of advice then if I may, surge/bd to the first step of the ramp, then sit there and fight rax till 50% poison. Then surge to one step from the very top end of the ramp and fight there. In all combat styles, rax will be in the prime position to absorb poison and for you to dodge mechanics. Best of luck with the necromancy grind
Amazing mate, I keep trying and getting stuck on stage 2 and 3. Already died about 15 times to him. You've motivated me to keep going.
Death mark helps a lot in the last 20k xp
Is there a amby necro guide? Struggling pretty badly on it and its my last boss required for t90

My eyes were bleeding watching you try to do that acid phase...
Yeah I suck at this game
But that's kind of the point, if my dumb ass can get these kills anyone can

No no advice is always good, thank you! Gotta learn somehow and it always helps. Will keep that in mind for future kills!
