does drytron fold like that wen u maxx c most of the time? also if u go maxx c im guessing u have enough outs to get over the 7 negates, ive been a utopia fan since he came out i even found my deck and recreated it on masters but then settled on using the structure cause it had way better cards but now this onmat version caught my eye wen i saw i needed more for the plat guys

How can you act dragonar eff in draw phase? I cant do it and there is no option to act in opponent draw phase.
Try to change "self chain" at game setting.

its a quick effect after the opponent draws his card u can activate quick effects but itll still be the draw phase
Look for the blue(I think it's blue) box/circle in the bottom right that says ' Auto ' probably. Click it to change it from Auto -> to On.
