The singer said that they made this song and Work to experiment with what direction they should go in. Work is an AWOLNATION/Grandson type song, this one is more Rage Against The Machine.
Sounds like it could have been on Onyx, where "Work" could have been on Up. Still a great band, especially live. After Versatile drops they should get a live album (greatest hits)...all the way back to Lipstick, and a reunion with Chachi!!!

Glad to listen to new music by Pop Evil! This track has definitely an Onyx vibe and a truly kickass riff, but it's somewhat monotonous. I miss some melodic vocal transitions and a guitar solo. Be that as it may, it's surely better than "Work". 🥁🎵🎧
