I think she should tell kids why she loves the answers. Also, isn't there suppose to be a talking stick or some kind of object that gives permisión to speak?
May work in K-5, try this doozy in middle school. Pathetic results and even more bad behavior. Teacher seems very competent, yet she should be teaching what matters, reading, writing, and math. Restorative practices start at home. Simple enough to understand.
